Job Title : Electrical Inspector, Transmission Line and Substation

Expected Contract Length / Duration : 24 months
Overview :
Are you an experienced Electrical Inspector with a background in Power Transmission, Generation, and Substation systems? Join our team as an Electrical Inspector for Transmission Line and Substation projects. You will act as the Owners representative, overseeing third-party construction to ensure compliance with engineering plans, quality control, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage electrical scope, schedules, and engineering interface
- Collaborate with resources and sub-suppliers to meet project milestones
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly on progress, quality control, and safety
- Record and upload electrical installation QC photographs
- Facilitate processes for requests for information and design change notifications
- Ensure efficient, effective, and safe project implementation
- Verify constructability, advise on resource allocations, and resolve field issues
- Walk down systems, develop and manage punch-lists
- Review project completion packages for accuracy
- Oversee field commissioning activities
Necessary Skills and Qualifications :
Preferred Background :
Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade with emphasis on Power Transmission, Generation, and Substation systems
