You'll also provide guidance to less experienced team members and collaborate with call centers to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints about billing, policies, etc.
- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
- Handle inbound Assist telephone calls and inquiries from call centers.
- Record and process commitments on customer's accounts.
- Work with call centers and customers to resolve agency / customer issues.
- Report fraudulent conditions to management.
