AP4 Group is seeking a full time Student Intern, Brazil

What are your responsibilities?
This role involves close collaboration with customers and partners, creating a meaningful business impact while gaining valuable experience in a multicultural environment.
Request for Quotation
- Portals daily check-ins
- Enters / uploads request for quotes (parts, services, upgrades)
- Identifies items requiring sourcing /costs
- Send RFQ’s to selective sources
- Obtain purchase costs and lead times.
- Consult the customs broker for importation costs and duties
- Consult the accounting office for estimate of sales taxes and fiscal classification (similar to HTS code)
- Load costs and lead times to the pricing spreadsheet
- Develops preliminary pricing based on guidelines and prior customer PO’s / quotes
- Send the proposal to customer
- Answer customer inquiries
- Request feedback for the sent proposal
- Customer support (negotiation (lead time, price, etc), RFQ lead time, …)
- Confirm order and any discrepancies with customer PO.
- Address order cuts issues communicating with customer.
- Responsible for customer order management from order receipt to invoice and meeting required deliveries
- Monitor that ship confirmation process occurs at expected timing
- Answer customer inquiries
- Manage the invoicing process in BR
- Support field service for hotel, flight, and car rental booking
- Support field service for PPE
- Support field service for VISA paperwork
- Manage the document submission for field services.
- Update the documentation on customer portal
- Manage the hours report approval with customer
- Final report (technical and commercial)
- Manage the invoicing process in BR
- Lead and maintain the archiving of the process in the cloud
- Visit customer portal on daily bases (Portals highlighted below)
- Review reports on daily bases
- Other duties as assigned
- Studying mechanical, electrical, automation or petroleum engineer
- Available for 2 years of internship
- Advanced English – mandatory
- Advanced Spanish – desirable
- Hybrid position (Sorocaba – SP, Brazil)
- Power BI - desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel software
