Overview
As APA grows we are adding to our Project Management Department. A Project Manager leads and oversees multiple customer projects often multi-tasking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication / customer service, and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Runs a project from PO received through product shipment.
- Oversees project timelines
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
- Facilitate meetings with internal APA department and external customer to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Manage budgets effectively by monitoring expenses and implementing cost control measures.
- Coordinates with APA Logistics to ensure timely delivery of product.
Experience
- Ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, including budget and schedule management.
- Proven ability to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Effective relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (ProCore), and adaptable to new technologies.
