- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and mobile device concerns.
- Work with system administrators on software updates and employee onboarding.
What You Bring:
- 1 years of IT support experience (or equivalent education/certifications).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and IT help desk systems.
- Strong communication skills to support a remote workforce.
- Problem - solving mindset with a passion for technology.
- Bonus: Experience with Zoho, WordPress, Microsoft Defender or Microsoft Intune.
- Competitive salary range of $47,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.
