Air Professional Associates is a premier HVAC leader in all things, heating, and cooling. This includes ongoing maintenance, precision repairs, and expert system design & installation. Air Professional's continuous demand has created an opportunity for a Sheet Metal Installer throughout Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Fairfield Counties.
We are seeking a highly motivated installer to join our team with a minimum of 2 years experience in residential and commercial work.
Full Time year-round permanent position starting at $25-$35 Per hour DOE Excellent Benefits
Job Description:
- Install sheet metal for both commercial and residential customers.
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
- Install assemblies, including pipes, HVAC ducts, flashings, rain gutters and furnace casings in supportive frameworks
- Ensure that efficiency is maximized while fabricating and installing HVAC systems
- Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearance
- Select the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal to be used in projects according to specifications
- Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities, including using tools and installing and fabricating metal
HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 2 years of sheet metal install experience.
- Must be able to travel to North Salem, NY office location daily.
- Ability to pass Background / Drug Screen.
