About the Role
This position requires a high level of professionalism, as you will work closely with individuals, families, and other team members to identify desired outcomes and develop personalized training programs. You will ensure that each individual receives systematic training and customized supports based on their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized training plans that promote personal growth and community integration.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, supervisors, and other agency staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate records and data collection to meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in human services preferred.
- Possession of a driver's license valid in the state of Nebraska or other adequate means of transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check and drug screen.
