Description : Summary
The outline of these duties has some specific requirements. This position works closely with the production department to ensure all equipment operates correctly and without delays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Must keep all equipment in proper working condition with as few delays to the production of the product as possible.
2. Must keep all preventative maintenance up to date.
3. Must keep scheduled monthly maintenance up to date and documented.
4. Must be able to perform any Unscheduled Maintenance on equipment when needed as well as correctly filling out the Unscheduled Maintenance Forms.
5. Must keep work area and tools clean and orderly.
6. From time to time fill in for production personal at any position in the production line.
7. When maintenance issues arise, must be willing to work the required hours to assist in getting the equipment installed and or repaired to allow production to resume as quickly as possible.
8. Preform building and facility maintenance.
9. Responsible for installing and or assisting other personal in the installation of new systems.
10. Any job within our capabilities that needs doing to secure our customers get the products and service they deserve and need when they need it for our success!!!

Qualifications
Must be able to read and comprehend weight and measuring devices.
Must be responsible and be self-motivated.
Must have some knowledge of maintenance on equipment.
Knowledge of Compressed air / pneumatics, electrical single and three phase, control circuits, sensors, cylinders, and conveyors.
Must be able to work with all types of hand tools and power tools normally used on maintaining equipment and or facility.
Must be able to follow rules and instructions at all times, adhere to the high standards set forth by management and Apace Packaging.
Must be able to multitask and work with multiple personalities.
