Job Description
This role involves providing supportive mental health services to children and adolescents enrolled or eligible with Apache Behavioral Health Services Inc. The ideal candidate will provide referral to appropriate ABHS services and collaborate with assigned clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients/potential clients who would benefit from behavioral health services.
- Provide support services assistance to ABHS clinical staff, including transportation, community visits, appointment setting/coordination, outreach services for clients having difficulty accessing services, and/or reengagement in treatment services.
- Facilitate group counseling, skill training, and education programs in coordination with ABHS clinician.
- Document contact with clients to assess needs, maintain required paperwork, and engage family members.
