Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate School Coach I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled with Apache Behavioral Health Services, Inc.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with ABHS clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with AHCCCS and ABHS standards.
- Build strong relationships with community partners, including schools, courts, and tribal organizations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with Native Americans preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to speak the Apache language preferred.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, teams, managers, supervisors.
- MS Office proficiency and ability to correctly operate copy machine and fax.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment testing, including fingerprint clearance, drug testing, and background check.
