Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of ADE business rules, reporting systems, and data collection requirements.
- Strong skills in mathematics, statistics, logical thinking, and organization.
- Proficiency with reports such as ADMS, ELLS, SPED, EOY, ROLL, YEE.
- Expertise in Synergy and ADE AzEDS systems.
- Understanding of relevant policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Experience in importing and exporting data between applications.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities with staff, administrators, vendors, and external organizations.
- Ability to meet project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Capable of delivering training and professional development to employees.
Position Overview
The Student Data Specialist is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting the district's
student information system databases. The role includes training staff and ensuring the timely and
accurate submission of federal and state student data reports.

This position operates in a typical office setting with the following physical demands : occasional lifting,
