IT Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows systems, TCP/IP networking, software troubleshooting, technical support, LAN management, and computer hardware.

Duties:
- Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-users.
- Provide technical support to employees on IT-related matters.
- Manage LAN networks and ensure connectivity.
- Collaborate with team members to address IT challenges promptly.
- Utilize Meraki tools for network management and monitoring.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of office equipment.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Experience in software troubleshooting and technical support.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and configurations.
- Knowledge of Meraki for network management.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
