Players Club Representative

Summary

As a Players Club Representative, you will be instrumental in enhancing the guest experience within our casino environment. Your core skills in customer service, conflict management, and cash handling will ensure that guests feel valued and supported. Reporting to the Players Club Manager, you will utilize your communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage guest relations effectively. With a focus on leadership and management, you will help foster a welcoming atmosphere while addressing any concerns that may arise, ultimately contributing to the success of our casino operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work effectively and cooperatively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
• Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have conflict resolution skills.
• Must have at least two years of guest relations skills.
• Must have a working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Must be friendly and outgoing.
• Must have the ability to multi-task with patience.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provides directions, assistance, and/or information as may be required to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enrolls guests in the Players Club and issues Players Club Cards to guests.
• Provides Players Club support and service to club members and other casino visitors as assigned.
• Participates in special casino promotions and creates excitement for those playing.
• Understand and comply with established appearance standards.
• Understand and comply with the attendance policy of the casino.
• Resolves customer disputes in accordance with authority or contact the reporting senior who may be able to solve the issue.
• Monitors the operation of all electronic gaming devices on the casino floor to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and control protocols.
• Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on the casino floor.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Ensures compliance with all casino and cash control policies, practices, and protocols.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as well as moving about on stairs, escalators, elevators and crowded floors. The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke. The team member may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with extremely irate or difficult guests or staff members. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
