We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Material Handler Coordinator FedEx / UPS position to join our 1st Shift Shipping department.
This position is regularly scheduled for Monday- Friday, require Saturday
There are immediate advancement opportunities for those with the desire, the initiative, and that perform above expectations.
This position requires the ability to (this is not a complete job description)
- Be working out in the warehouse, assigning the FedEx / UPS labels for pallets.
- Scan orders put in weight / pieces / shipping information
- Confirm the order to product on each pallet correct sku and pieces; sticker each box / roll with a packaging label that is printed for each order.
- work safely in a fast-paced production environment
- meet or exceed company quality standards
- maintain regular and predictable attendance
- comply with company processes and procedures
- follow verbal and written instructions
- stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
- work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
- perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
- ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
- successfully complete drug and background screenings
