Description
Positions in this class lead a youth sports team through practices and games. Officiate teams and games as needed. This is a volunteer position and does not offer any compensation.
Essential Duties
Contact : Gary Gartner, 480-474-5119,ggartner@apachejunctionaz.gov Time Commitment : 3-5 hours per week, or as assigned Days of Work Week : Monday through Saturday
Hours : Weekday evenings and weekend days
Age : 16 years of age and older
Location : Various Sports Facilities
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience and knowledge of sports coaching is desired; mandatory training will be provided. Volunteers eighteen (18) years of age or older who are accepted for the assignment will be required to successfully complete a criminal background report.
