Job Description :
Jensen Artists seeks an Artist Services Coordinator with knowledge of classical music and the music industry. Prior experience working in artist management, concert planning, or production is a plus. Attention to detail, promptness, strong organizational skills, and superior verbal and communication skills are required. Must have excellent writing skills and be a courteous communicator.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Itinerary Creation : develop detailed travel itineraries for artists including transportation, accommodations, and schedules for performances, rehearsals, and community engagement such as masterclasses, workshops, etc.
- Communication : serve as a point of contact for artists, presenters, and venue personnel to ensure smooth execution of events
- Artist Support : provide on-the-ground support to artists during tours, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience
- Travel Management : ensure that artists make necessary travel arrangements in a timely manner
- Problem Solving : in conjunction with the team, address and resolve any issues that arise during tours, including scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or last-minute changes
- Record Keeping : maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements, agreements, and communications related to artist engagements
