Associate Attorney

We are a fast-growing boutique immigration law firm located in the Chicago West Loop seeking to hire a bilingual Spanish-speaking associate attorney with a genuine enthusiasm for immigration law. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, reliable, detail orientated, able to multitask, eager to learn, and has excellent research and writing skills. This position involves frequent litigation and client contact, so strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and passion for immigration law as well as eagerness to serve and empower the immigrant community are a must!

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients before the Chicago Immigration Court and USCIS;
• Regularly meet and communicate with clients to effectively explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions;
• Conduct legal research;
• Oversee and review casework involving immigration applications, petitions, and waivers filed with the EOIR, USCIS, and ICE
• Conduct and present legal analysis to determine case strategies and benefits available to clients
• Draft and file legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases
