We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are well-kept and inviting. The Groundskeeper will work with various tools and equipment to perform essential tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of our gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to maintain grounds.
- Irrigate gardens and lawns as needed to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Plant, prune, and maintain various types of plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Clear debris from walkways, gardens, and other outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, identifying any issues that require attention.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects as needed.
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing minor repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
Experience
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with operating power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers is advantageous.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective watering practices is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in all landscaping tasks.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
