- Data Entry, making database updates
- Listing Updates
- Marketing and Design Work
- Expense and Marketing Reporting
- Manage Marketing budget and Team budget & spend
- Sending Client Gifts
- Listing agreements and paperwork
- Verify State Compliance
- Mailing list accuracy
- Processing voucher for the team
- In-person role
- MUST be proficient in InDesign
- Admin and Client Services work, also point person for marketing
