The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of rental units, common areas, and office spaces within our managed properties. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of apartments, offices, and common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces as needed.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and appliances.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the property management team.
