Bilingual Leasing Consultant Requirements:
- Must Be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Onesite, etc. is a PLUS.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for residents and prospects.
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations
- Familiarity with preparing lease agreements and conducting background checks.
- Professional appearance
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
- Provide information on rental rates, leasing specials, and property amenities.
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
- Collect and process rental payments.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes.
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
