Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is the core of the community. They are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, insuring a comfortable environment for residents, future residents, and team members. Our supervisors are instrumental in maintaining facility operations, creating new efficiencies and developing standards that have a positive impact on resident renewals and satisfaction. The Maintenance Supervisor needs to be able to manage a budget and be innovative in managing the financial needs of the property in support of the property manager.

Responsibilities as a Supervisor:
- To ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Supervise, mentor, and coach maintenance team
- Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the maintenance
- Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move in
- Implement preventative maintenance program, and oversee it
- Make sure that maintenance personnel understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety rules.
- Must be HVAC certified.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisor (property management) experience required
- Requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Attendance is an imperative job function
- Great customer service
- Multitasking ability
- Flexible work schedule
