Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule
- Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs
- 1 year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
- Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certifications: HVAC/EPA certifications Is a Plus.
- Tools: Must possess a personal set of tools.
