Maintenance Make Ready Technician
A can-do attitude, ability to stay on-task, and a solid work ethic are just some of the qualities we are searching for when it comes to adding more maintenance technicians to our expanding team. Previous maintenance experience is required, certifications and property management experience is a plus.

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
•Prepping apartments for new move ins
•Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting and repairs
•Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall
•Taking care of the pools
•Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems
•Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
•Must be professional and possess customer service skills
•Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
· Previous maintenance experience, Property management experience a plus
· General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair: plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs and painting.
· HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a plus
· Reliable Transportation
