Bilingual Leasing Professional Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients in both English and Spanish, providing them with detailed information about our amenities and offerings.
- Take thorough notes and record specific requirements and preferences of prospects for their future residences.
- Regularly update the Property Manager on prospective interactions and provide a list of tasks to be completed.
- Stay informed about special offers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is relayed to prospects.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and provide excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
