What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant
- Create Connections: Greet residents, prospects, and team members with a welcoming smile.
- Seal the Deal: Provide captivating tours of our communities and highlight their best features.
- Be the Go-To: Answer phone and email inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
- Handle Essentials: Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and collect fees.
- 6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST!
- Has knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing
- Experience with platforms like YARDI, Entrada, Onsite, RealPage, or Knock is a big plus.
- Tax Credit/Section 8 HUD Experience? Even better!
- A track record of high energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic that inspires others.
- Reliable transportation- attendance and punctuality is imperative
