Experienced Maintenance Technician needed for an Apartment Community in Phoenix. HVAC certification required.
JOB SUMMARY: Maintains efficient operation and up-keep of the property buildings, units and grounds in a supportive role. Assists with repair and installation of HVAC units.
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily repairs and upkeeps of the property.
- Maintain the grounds and assist groundskeepers on daily basis.
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
- Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
- Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
- Experience and certification for working on HVAC units.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Minimum 1year of onsite residential maintenance work experience
- Knowledgeable of Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Carpentry, Painting, and Appliance care
- Certified in HVAC, CPO cert a plus
- Own set of basic hand tools & power drill
- Reliable Transportation
- Availability Monday-Friday, full-time work week
