What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at APARTMENT COMPLEX?
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as drywall, HVAC, Plumbing, unit turns, service requests, landscaping, snow removal, etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the units, buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
## Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- Must have experience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
- On call every other week on a rotating schedule with the Maintenance Supervisor ($350 on call bonus per month)
- Must have valid driver's license.
Pay Scale
- We are offering $17- $20 an hour for a full-time employee.
- You will be on call every other weekend and receive an on-call bonus of $350 per month.
- You will receive lease renewal bonuses once a month
- We do employee evaluation with raises yearly
