Apartment Dynamics was established in 1996 as a training and consulting firm. In 2001, due to a client's insistence, we expanded our services to include property management and formed a management company. Since then, we have been successfully managing a 222-unit apartment community for our clients! We still manage that asset, and have grown steadily and strategically since then, with the goal of growing only as fast and as far as we can maintain our culture all the way to the end user. We now manage over 5,000 multifamily units in North and South Carolina. Without exception we have improved the Net Operating Income of every asset managed, even in economic downturns. In part, this is the result of well-planned value-add strategies and strong, creative marketing. But no matter how good the planning, it could never be accomplished without a team of skilled, caring and fully engaged team members!
At Apartment Dynamics we often say we are Surrounded By Greatness, referring to the employees who bring about the excellent results our investors experience. We respect our employees as the trusted experts in their fields, allowing them the autonomy and support to fulfill their rolls. Recognizing their individuality and skills, we try to provide the tools and training they need to get their jobs done. We listen and make course corrections based on their feedback, and back them up when they need it. If asked, our employees say that if they need a decision, need to talk something through, need to reach someone for support, they can always find us.
