We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service and organization skills to join our team as an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be dependable, reliable, have integrity, and a "Can Do" attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering calls
- Assisting residents with placing work orders
- Processing rent payments
- Conducting tours
- Collecting required leasing documents
- Delivering letters/ notices to tenants
- Completing lease signing
- Requirements:
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma/ GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
