Job description:
In this position, you will perform general property up duties and occasional light repairs and report to supervisor.
· Walking through the grounds on a regular basis. Picks up all clutter and trash around outside of the buildings and dumpsters, all activities are carried out with safety procedures.
· Cleans laundry and mailrooms daily.
· Keeps the pool deck, furniture and surrounding area clean and neat at all times.
· Carries out work order assignments from the Community Manager.
· Assists other maintenance personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to work in an environment that varies in temperatures.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Must actively strive to meet or exceed company goals and standards.
· Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with other team members and departments.
· Ability to work with trade tools.
· Detail oriented and meticulous.
