WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds , parking lot, amenities, leasing office, and other community buildings, both interior and exterior.
- Remove all trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of make ready units , including but not limited to removing trash from vacant apartments.
- Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on / off the property.

In Accordance with the State of Maryland's wage transparency law effective 10 / 1 / 24,
The compensation range for Custodian position is $15.00-$22.04 based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt's benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 50% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).
