We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator!
A Compliance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating compliance tracking, corporate and regional compliance reporting. Voucher and ledger review. UT submissions. MOR preparations and maintenance. General admin and reporting as needed/required.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and organize monthly UT submissions
- Assist in MOR prep and progress tracking
- Ensure procedures for ongoing MOR prep are maintained
- Assist with MOR and AMR responses where needed
- Complete and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual program reporting as required
- Review vouchers for accuracy
- Ledger review and correction where needed.
- Assist in data entry of required program requirements where needed/required
- Track and oversee compliance for assigned region to include bi-weekly inspections, semi-annual inspections, gas log, RPM quarterly audits
- Up to one week per month on-site to assist in the completion of needed compliance tasks
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in a customer service role
- Working knowledge of multiple affordable housing programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to solve problems and adapt
Additional Information:
Compensation: Full- Time $65,000 to $70,000 per year
