Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a full-time Administrative Services Manager to join our Corporate team. This position is an in-person position working out of our corporate office in Grand Rapids, MI.

The Administrative Services Manager will provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other departments. Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining the physical asset's integrity, maximizing returns, and offering administrative and leasing support. The position requires timely responses to resident requests, managing data entry, financial record-keeping, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable. The role also includes handling lease renewals, market comparisons, and ensuring compliance with policies. Additionally, it involves addressing resident concerns, supporting property management with rent collections, and maintaining electronic files. Strong teamwork and adherence to company policies are essential.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Maintain asset integrity and maximize returns per owner’s goals.

Provide administrative and leasing support to properties, potentially across regions.

Handle leasing of apartments per management policies and procedures.

Offer information and resources to residents, prospects, vendors, and business partners.

Manage data entry, filing, scheduling, and financial record-keeping tasks.

Assist with special assignments, projects, and administrative support for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and timely task completion.

Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting duties.

Assist in vendor insurance compliance and audits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a property management office or payables experience
- Strong customer service with goal-oriented mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused for extended periods of time
- Ability to remain patient under pressure and can identify errors quickly
- Holds a positive attitude, has a willingness to learn
- Ability to stay motivated when faced with repetitive tasks
- Can work independently within a fast paced environment
- Entrata experience is preferred, but willing train
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
- Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check
- This position may require overtime or weekends for special projects
