Property Management Company is in need of a Part-time Community Consultant for a luxury apartment community in Sweedsboro, NJ. The schedule must be flexible, office hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The qualified candidate will be able to work any combination of hours totaling 14-28 hours per week.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to tour multiple prospective residents in a fast-paced environment throughout a very large property, including three-story walkups.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor whilst handling conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Operate telephone
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community
