Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Apartner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance service requests, assisting in the preparation of market-ready units, and troubleshooting/repairing mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall appearance and functionality of our properties.
- Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents, including removing trash and performing minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues, including appliance malfunctions and plumbing problems.
- Maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings and common areas.
Requirements
- Experience in the apartment industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
