Assistant Property Manager – Immediate Openings
Apartner is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a multifamily community. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth property operations and delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite at a multifamily community
- Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Schedule: Must be willing to work one weekend per month
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily property management operations, ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage leasing inquiries and applications using Onsite and Knock software
- Provide high-quality customer service to residents and prospects
- Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and resident relations
- Support the Property Manager with maintenance requests and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management is required
- Familiarity with Onsite and Knock software is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
