Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at APAS. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
