What You Will Do:
We would our candidate be strong in the following areas with 2-3 years of experience performing the following tasks:
- Learn & share our standards of preventative care with our pet parents
- Greet clients, answer and triage phone calls
- Schedule management
- Keep accurate client and patient records using practice management software
- Answering questions about our services, educating, and marketing preventative products
- Acting as a liaison between clients and hospital team ensuring that we exceed our clients’ expectations and fulfill our patients’ needs
- Presenting, collecting, processing, and reconciling payments
- Cleaning and maintaining a pleasant environment
- Participate in community service events that promote the practice
