Summary

As a Road Supervisor at APB Security, you will oversee the management of security operations at various locations throughout Palm Beach County and Broward County. This role is essential to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations at client locations.
• Coordinate with property managers to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Supervise security personnel assigned to various locations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess security needs and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to security officers on-site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
• Create your own 40 Hour weekly schedule to make sure you check on all Officers on a weekly basis. Mostly between the hours of 3PM and 7AM.
• Be able to change a tire on golf carts.
• Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while dealing with clients and Security Officers.
• Attend Client meetings, whether it's a prospective client looking to hire us or a client looking to resolve issues.
• Dispatch - availability to take Dispatch calls every other weekend.
• Respond to calls from clients or officers in a timely manner.
• Be able to handle pressure and maintain a controlled environment.
• Help set up new accounts with our Management team.
• Good with technology and be able to solve problems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management role within the security industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, staff, and APB Security management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to security sites is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

License/Certification:

• Class D Security License (Required)
