Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards while maximizing productivity.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor shop performance metrics, including cycle time, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless repair process.
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and materials.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Auto body repair shop management role.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and insurance procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell) is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations. I-CAR certified or willing to get certifications MA Appraisers License or willing to get oneBenefits:
