Our Store Leaders are brand champions that build and manage teams and engage customers in a unique and dynamic retail environment. In this role, you will lead, mentor, coach, and train a diverse group of individuals who are motivated by the benefits of Cannabis. Looking for a store leader who is adaptable, flexible, composed, collected, while knowing how to leverage your experience to support your customers’ needs and those of your team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build a team that embodies Chalice Farms; focused on developing customer loyalty and exceptional service increasing return visits
- Identify key business metrics to use to develop business strategies and grow the business
- Meet or exceed goals related to store sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Create a work environment that is cohesive and represents our brand
- Promote a culture of teamwork, provide clear direction, and establish clear priorities
- Train, coach, and develop direct reports using company programs, tools, and resources
- Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent
- Create an environment that is inspiring and encourages the growth of our associates
- Foster an environment of open communication that by sharing corporate messages with associates and sharing strategies
- The general manager may perform other related duties as required by the Company, field leadership, and regarding serving our customers
- Effectively schedule the team to be in the right place at the right time regarding business needs and payroll
