We have an opening for a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales in the state of Florida in a manner that protects and strengthens APCO reputation in the sign industry for excellence in product and service.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Establish APCO as the premier source for architectural signing and displays in the territory. Territory : State of Florida (except Panhandle)
- Pursue new sources of business.
- Build relationships with clients and customers.
- Build long-term relationships with all who influence buying decisions : End Users, Designers, Architects, Facility Managers, Property Managers, General Contractors and select Sign Companies.
- Be the liaison between End users and the Sales Support Team at APCO.
- Present APCO's AIA Continuing Education Classes to designers and architects in the territory that work in our markets (higher ed, government, healthcare, corporate, etc.)
- Make Product Presentations in conjunction with AIA CEU's and whenever requested or accepted.
- Development and presentation of sales proposals, budgets, samples, etc.
- Provide timely Sales Projection Reports, Call Reports and Expense Reports.
- Build relationships with major influencers in the territory.
- Respond to customer complaints and help resolve problems.
- Make periodic visits to factory to gain knowledge of new products and procedures.
- Any additional duties that may be required to reach objective.
