Medi Tresse is a growing medical practice with two locations in Massachusetts (Wellesley, MA and Worcester, MA) that specializes in the non-surgical treatment of female hair loss. We are currently looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join us at our Wellesley location with a July/August 2025 start. At Medi Tresse, we help women of all ages who are experiencing hair loss of any kind restore the appearance of their hair so that they can feel a renewed confidence in all aspects of their lives. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, highly motivated Nurse Practitioner that enjoys working in a friendly and team environment. The Nurse Practitioner will work under the supervision of our medical director and director of clinical services, but will be one of the main day-to-day clinicians at the practice. The Nurse Practitioner will go through extensive training on all medical protocols, including the treatments we provide. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing practice with no call and no weekend hours. Salary will be commensurate with experience. We are looking for 3 days per week to start with potential to add more days in the future. Experience in dermatology or aesthetics a plus.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all medical protocols are being followed at the practice
- Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans for the patient
- Perform Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
- Review patient's progress and manage patient care accordingly
- Maintain all required documentation for patient care and management
- Provide training to clinical and non-clinical staff as needed
- Conduct follow up calls to patients to discuss the patient's progress and address any concerns
- Charting all consultations, procedures, recommendations, and follow-up care
- Maintaining licensure and continuing education requirements per state law
- Other duties as necessary
Requirements
- Provides safe and compassionate care
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Able to adapt to changes in a growing medical practice
- Able to manage a growing patient case load
- At least two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Skilled in blood draws
- Experience working in cosmetics, dermatology, or hair loss specialty a plus, but not required
- Current up to date licensing with all state and federal requirements met
