Overview :
We are looking for a Patient Liaison to join our growing and dynamic Plastic Surgery practice in Worcester!
Responsibilities :
The Patient Liaison is responsible for interacting with patients in an aesthetics setting and providing exceptional customer service. The Patient Liaison will also complete administrative tasks for the practice. Their duties include greeting and assisting patients, answering patient calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, and filing charts.
Qualifications :
The qualfied candidate for this role will have exceptional customer service skills and must have previous experience working within the service industry. Previous experience working in a plastic surgery and / or aesthetics environment is ideal.
