Our Customer Service Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for consumers reaching out to APEC Water Systems. This role involves resolving complex inquiries and concerns related to Pure Play brand products, supporting order fulfillment, and consistently exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have to maintain a strong understanding of both the product and industry to provide accurate assistance and relevant information.
Specific Job Functions:
- Process in-bound and outbound calls, email, video chat, and online chat systems.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product support, sales, and order questions to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Work seamlessly with related departments to provide feedback for customer service process and coaching support to new hires
- Support managers to develop training materials, manuals, and documentation to support ongoing learning and development
- Provide additional administrative support to the team and management, ensuring smooth daily operations of the customer service department.
- Proactively and continuously enhance knowledge of our products
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years of customer service experience in consumer product industry
- Experience in telephone customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Operating a multi-line phone system and possessing proficient computer skills is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
