The Company
APEL Extrusions, Inc. is an independent extruder, finisher and fabricator of aluminum extrusions, with six extrusion presses and a full array of finishing capabilities occupying over 600,000 square feet of modern manufacturing space employing approximately 300 people. With facilities in Calgary Canada, Coburg Oregon, and Phoenix Arizona, APEL serves the commercial, residential, and industrial markets of Western Canada and the Western United States.
Job Summary
The Production Manager responsibility to safely lead and manage all operational aspects of the facility for their shift, coordinating with Management on daily requirements and establishing plans to accommodate those goals with their production team. Reports to the Plant Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing/plant environment required.
- Preferred – experience with aluminum extrusions and finishing processes.
