Financial Advisor Location : Apella Wealth i s a national, employee-owned advisory firm managing over $4.86 billion in assets. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals navigate their financial journey. You will provide expert advice on financial planning and investments, building strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and develop tailored strategies that ensure financial success. Build and maintain strong client relationships by leading client meetings, delivering tailored financial strategies, and providing exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle. Comprehensive Planning : Develop and implement holistic financial plans that align with clients' goals, covering areas such as investment management, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management. Partner with key stakeholders (including CPAs, estate attorneys, and other advisors) to ensure clients receive a comprehensive, coordinated approach to their financial planning. Account Management : Proactively monitor client portfolios, and coordinate with portfolio management team to determine trading and rebalancing opportunities that align with the clients risk profile and investment policy statement. Additionally, identify opportunities for business development, helping to expand the firm’s client base. Operational Excellence : Collaborate closely with client service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management processes, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Educate clients on financial strategies and provide regular communication to ensure they are well-informed and confident in their financial plans. Experience : 5 years of experience in financial planning, estate planning, or wealth management, preferably within a professional financial services firm. Strong knowledge of financial planning, including retirement, estate, tax, insurance, and investment strategies. Skills : Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other financial tools, such as eMoney, Holistiplan, Orion A four-year degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is required.
