Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Client Success team. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will support new account implementation, maintain accurate client data, and respond to client questions for lower-tier licenses. You’ll also work closely with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to surface usage trends, generate reports, and facilitate license renewals.


Your role is key to ensuring that our clients have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to activate their licenses, increase engagement, and renew successfully. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT to deliver a stellar client experience.

  • take ownership of client information accuracy across systems like Salesforce, PandaDoc, Gong, and Zendesk.
  • can confidently manage timelines and logistics for client renewals, working in close partnership with Sales and Client Success Managers.
  • are comfortable addressing client questions, sharing helpful materials, and collaborating with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.
  • get excited about contributing to marketing strategies and internal improvement initiatives, from Salesforce optimization to engagement strategy.
  • enjoy wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—and bring curiosity and a solution mindset to every challenge.

Qualifications

  • Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and tight deadlines;
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a collaborative virtual environment;
  • Agile thinker, able to react quickly to client demands, opportunities, and changing business conditions;
  • Passionate about creating more inclusive work environments;
  • Interest in the cross-cultural field, desire to work in a high-paced global environment;
  • Can demonstrate service-mindedness, promptness, dependability and attention to detail;
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data, and present insights in a way that supports client decision-making;
  • Interest in software technologies and eLearning tools.
  • Familiar with Google Applications, Microsoft Office, Client Management Software (i.e. Salesforce), project planning tools (i.e. Asana) and virtual communication and learning platforms (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc);
  • Excellent command of the English language, strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

      While not required, we may prioritize candidates with the following:

  • Work experience ideally in a globally operating company
  • Client service experience in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of different project management methodologies
  • Client presentation experience
  • Fluency in additional regional languages is a plus 
  • Experience in working in multicultural teams, often virtually
  • International working/living experience
