Key Responsibilities
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable business architecture plans.
- Analyze and model business processes for data flow and operational efficiency.
- Maintain business capability maps, process diagrams, and frameworks.
- Recommend improvements to business processes and capabilities.
- Align business architecture with IT strategy and system architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with organizational priorities.
- Establish governance structures for compliance with standards and regulations.
- Track project execution against architecture guidelines and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations on architecture solutions.
